I got in touch with [M]umps (later M) at around 1991. At that time, I was about to finish my highschool in Germany and started working at some small company, which aimed to do support for medical software. Most of the time working there, I repaired MSM databases. Micronetics-Standard-Mumps was a high-speed, multiuser, multitasking, programming environment. MSM offered a way to code very fast and efficent, but its database repair and debug utilities were rather uncomfortable. So I started developing MSM-EXAM, I think around 1992. Using Borland-Pascal 7, that project grew pretty fast. In 1995, I tried to port it to C++, but I was lacking time and motivation. Below I will just make the executables and sources available, since I do not use those anymore. It is up to you what you do with those. Most comments are in german and I have some limited-time-code added. So you might want to look for that and filter it out. Oh, and I seem to have problems to execute the binary within winnt/win2k |
